Precise Trimming

One of the many features we love about the STIHL FSA 45 trimmer is the integrated metal spacer bracket. Allowing you to trim precisely around trees, roots and plants. If you don’t need to use this added extreme simply fold it up and it stays well out of the way.

The rotating trimming head can be adjusted through a range of 90 degrees which allows you to change the trimmer into an edger instead. Perfect for tidying up the lawn after you have been around it with the mower.

Innovative Design

There is nothing more frustrating than having to stop halfway through strimming, to walk to the garage and replace the blade – completely forgetting where you had got to in the meantime. This is no longer an issue with the FSA 45 as STIHL have designed the strimmer in such a way that up to five spare blades can be conveniently stored on the tool.

An extra safety feature of this trimmer is the built-in activation key. As soon as the key is removed, the tool switches off to prevent it from being accidentally restarted. Allowing for safe storage and transportation of the strimmer.

Easy On The Arms

Whether you are tall or short, the FSA 45 is adjustable by up to 170mm so it can be easily adapted to suit your height. The great thing about the adjustable shaft length also means that you can change the length in order to suit the job at hand.

The loop handle itself is also designed with comfort in mind. It can be adjusted up to 6 different settings in total, up to an angle of 120 degrees. Allowing you to find an angle that takes the pressure off your arms whilst strimming.
